Fulltime opportunity to lead the Clinical Department, which oversees the clinical aspects of the BFHI and maintains the Guidelines and Evaluation Criteria.
This position develops and implements policies, standardized documents, and supervises Review Specialists (RNs) feedback to hospitals that are in the 4-D Pathway as they work towards designation. The Clinical Director is part of the BFUSA management team.
Qualifications include BSN with 5 years+ in RN management, IBCLC preference, and experience managing small team of direct reports who work remotely.
Human Resources Generalist
BFUSA has a fulltime opportunity, based in our Albany Office, for a new position that performs all organization HR-related functions including employee relations, the recruitment & onboarding process, employee benefits, employment law compliance, and performance management.
Candidates must have the ability to relate to employees at all levels within the organization and work with management to meet the business needs of the organization.
Qualifications include a BA in HR Management or related field, 3-5 years as a Generalist, preferably in a business office environment as a sole practitioner, and PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification.
RN with 40 hours+ credit in breastfeeding & lactation mgt.; IBCLC preferred. Travel to birthing hospitals/facilities in U.S. to conduct onsite assessments as part of a 2-person team. Prepare written report upon completion of assessment. Paid travel & expenses.
